Landscaping Team Member
Responsibilities:
- Arendt’s Outdoor Services is seeking hard-working, responsible individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance team
- Daily tasks typically include mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, and bed maintenance
- Team Members will be paired up with a Service Leader each day in order to complete their assigned route
Qualifications:
- Our employees must uphold company policies, systems, and values and have a positive attitude.
- Our employees must be dependable, organized, attentive to detail and not afraid of responsibility and challenge.
- Our employees must be teachable and be willing to be part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more at all times and be able to walk long distances
- Valid driver license
- Ability to maintain and upkeep trucks, equipment and landscape machinery as needed

Landscaping Team Leader
Summary:
AOS is seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Team Leader to join our team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring high-quality landscape installations, and contributing positively to our culture. Typical jobs include patios, drainage improvements, fire features, outdoor living spaces, lighting features, and retaining walls. We offer a great team culture and atmosphere, competitive pay, consistent overtime and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Direct and manage all activities on the job site
- Effectively and efficiently lead and inspire your team
- Coordinate with division leader for accurate installations
- Train and develop your team
- Manage tools, equipment, and machinery
- Accurately record all material and labor expenses
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in residential landscape construction
- Proficient equipment operating skills and experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in installing various hardscape applications
- Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees a plus
- Uphold company policies, systems, and values and have a positive attitude
- Dependable, organized, attentive to detail and not afraid of responsibility and challenge
- Teachable and be willing to be part of a team

Facilities Maintenance Worker
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and construction operations across our diverse portfolio of rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with hands-on experience in a variety of trades, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance at all properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
- Manage and execute construction projects, such as renovations and property improvements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in construction.
- Hands-on experience in various trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Lawn Technician Turf App Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Arendt’s Outdoor Services is seeking hard-working, responsible individuals to join our Turf Applicator team.
- You will be responsible for driving an applicator truck along a pre-determined route and working at each of your assigned properties for the day.
- You will be responsible for applying spray and/or granular fertilization and pesticide applications on lawns according to all safety and label requirements.
- Turf and Lawn Applicator (Category 7) certification a plus, but not a pre-requisite. Required training and certification will be obtained once employed.
Qualifications:
